Samye Monastery is the first Buddhist monastery built in Tibet. When Padmasambhava arrived from northern India, he subdued the demon afflicting the holy site and building began. Today, it is an active Monastery and important pilgrimage and tourist destination.

Delightful! Smooth, high alpine top notes, rich musky base notes. Samye Monastery incense is very therapeutic feeling, I like to burn this when I have a cold. One of my favorites.
