Another controversial incense that people either love or not. Packed in a lovely woven box with tassel. This is a highly sophisticated incense: spicy, herbal, fragrant, long-lasting and complex. Made by Parkyid and Master Incense Maker L. Tenzin, from Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture. Note that sticks are fragile. I ordered a sample and didn’t like it. It smell like a campfire with no complexity in it. Nothing to do with other Tibetan and butannese incenses I have tried.

this is an exquisite incense. it is excellent on all levels and the box is a beautifully crafted keepsake for future incense. i wish i could afford to burn it every day.

I appreciate the story behind this incense, as well as the makers’ commitment to preserving their art. As a result, I find this incense deeply disappointing. As another reviewer said, this is just the smell of burning with no complexity.
